Our tenants that exceed 12 months tenancies with us and fall into the criteria below are awarded excellent tenant status. This helps tenants easily move on when needed. It also promotes good standards and our appreciation of our fantastic tenants.
To be entitled to excellent tenant status, tenants must
- Have had no rent arrears over the 12 months and have up to date rent accounts
- No reported anti social behavior
- Satisfactory quarter visit reports, no issues reported
